Why do I have to sign a waiver?
Let’s be real—our classes aren’t your average arts and crafts session. You’ll be working with hot steel, hammers, and tools that could make a Viking jealous.
While we take every precaution to keep things safe, blacksmithing is a hands-on, high-energy craft, and a little paperwork helps us all stay on the same page. Signing the waiver is just a formality—your real focus will be on forging, creating, and having an unforgettable time.
Now, let’s fire up the forge and get hammering!
NGKnives Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At NGKnives, we take pride in delivering high-quality, hands-on workshops and custom experiences.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for any class bookings. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests under the following conditions:
Rescheduling Policy:
Participants may reschedule their class if they provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling is subject to class availability, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the booking may be forfeited at our discretion.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in the booking being forfeited, with no option for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds:
Our workshops require significant preparation, including materials, tool setup, and instructor time, all of which are allocated specifically for each participant.
Last-minute cancellations can prevent other interested participants from attending and impact our ability to run the class effectively.
We strive to offer a flexible and fair rescheduling policy to accommodate changes while maintaining the integrity of our workshop scheduling.
By booking a class with NGKnives, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing the craft of blacksmithing with you!
